BARC invites the applications for following two Programmes
1. OCES/DGFS-2025 recruitment programme	It is a Recruitment programme for recruitment as Scientific Officers in DAE after successful completion of One Year Orientation Course for Engineering Graduates and Science Postgraduates for the year 2025-2026 (OCES-2025) to be conducted at the BARC Training Schools. Few of the candidates selected for OCES programme will be offered for Two-Year DAE Graduate Fellowship Scheme for Engineering Graduates for the years 2025-2027 (DGFS-2025). Under this scheme, Engineering Graduates who have excelled in the Selection Interviews for the BARC Training Schools’ programmes and who have also independently secured admission for M. Tech. in DGFS Institutes (IIT Bombay & IIT Madras) in the same academic year in which they are selected for OCES are paid stipend and tuition fee to pursue a M. 2. DDFS-2025 doctoral academic programme	It is a Doctoral academic programme of DAE for Engineering Postgraduates for Admission to DAE Doctoral Fellowship Scheme (DDFS) for pursuing Ph.D. under the aegis of Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI) a Deemed to be University. The selected students will be admitted to one of the Constituent Institutions (BARC Mumbai, IGCAR Kalpakkam, IPR Gandhinagar and VECC Kolkata) of HBNI for perusing the Ph.D. For more details, Please refer the Information brochure for DDFS-2025 programme
Candidates are advised to read the information brochures of relevant programme/s and the following instruction carefully. i) Candidate, who meets the eligibility criteria for both OCES/DGFS programme and DDFS-2025 programme, may apply for both programmes INDEPENDENTLY. ii) It may be noted that there will be common online Computer-Based screening Test (CBT) for both above mentioned Programmes. Hence a candidate who is eligible & also willing to apply for both programmes (OCES/DGFS-2025 & DDFS-2025), must select the same set of city preferences of exam venue for online Computer-Based screening Test (CBT) while filling of online applications.
